Competence as
the best investment
The goals of the AL4Life project are achieved through the systematic involvement of alumni in teaching, mentoring and scientific research. Their involvement leads to more practical training and applied knowledge at higher education institutions. Alumni can point to useful program solutions and use their authority to foster productive collaboration between education and business. Thanks to their knowledge, experience, and understanding of the needs of all stakeholders, they help focus educational goals, adopt successful practices from around the world, develop the necessary skills, and increase the competitiveness of future professionals on the region's economic map. All this contributes to the prosperity of the entire social community, because competence is the best investment in all areas of social development.
