The goal of the Work Package 2 is: Establishing of alumni engagement institutional framework. European partners visited the University of Montenegro and the University of Donja Gorica on 12^th February and they will visit the International Business Colledge in Mitrovca, Kosovska Mitrovica in Wednesday, on 14^th February.

The participants are representatives of: University of Donja Gorica (UDG), University of Montenegro (UoM), International Business Colledge – Mitrovica (IBC-M), University of Bologna Autonomous University of Madrid University of Ljubljana, Alumni club of the Faculty of Economics, UoM and Alumni of IBC-M.

The program starts at the University of Montenegro at 9h. There was discussions regarding the draft Alumni Strategy, adaptation of institutional policies providing the framework for involvement of alumni, functioning and needs of Alumni club of the Faculty of Economics, Alumni management infrastructure and further project activities.

Then the visit on the University of Donja Gorica follows at 14h. The goal of the meetings were to discuss about the draft Alumni Strategy of UDG and further project activities as well.

Two days after on 14^th February participants will visit the International Business Colledge – Mitrovica, where representatives or IBC-M will present the draft for Alumni Strategy. There will be discussion regarding adaptation of institutional policies providing the framework for involvement of alumni and discussion with IBC-M alumni as well.

The main goal of the visits and meetings, besides networking is to focus on the Strategy and Action Plan of the project.
