Representatives from the University of Montenegro, University of Ljubljana, University of Bologna, Autonomous University of Madrid, as well as local stakeholders from the University of Pristina and their Erasmus+ Office convened at the Rectorate of the University and the Faculty of Medicine. Additionally, representatives from the University of Donja Gorica and the International Business College - Mitrovica joined the discussions remotely via video link.

The meeting served as a platform to assess progress towards project objectives, showcase achieved results, and strategize for future endeavors, particularly in fostering collaboration with alumni. Participants lauded the productivity of the sessions, culminating in a clear and positive outcome.

Project representatives attended the opening of an exhibition featuring artworks by 177 alumni who studied at the University of Pristina (UPKM) from 1973 to 2023. Held at the Gallery of the Faculty of Arts, the exhibition not only celebrated the artistic prowess of alumni but also marked the official launch of the Strategy on Cooperation between the University and Alumni.

Central to this initiative was the unveiling of an electronic platform designed to facilitate connection and collaboration between the University and its alumni network. Furthermore, the announcement of the formation of the University Alumni Association underscored a commitment to nurturing enduring ties beyond graduation.

The exhibition not only provided a platform for showcasing the project's endeavors but also served as a catalyst for promoting alumni strategies across the Western Balkans, championing the spirit of collaboration and engagement among partner institutions.
