The Memorandum was signed by the Dean of the Faculty of Political Science, Prof. Dr. Boris Vukićević, and the Director of the HELP office in Montenegro, Dijana Anđelić, who is also an alumna of the University of Montenegro. The meeting held after the signing was attended, in addition to representatives of both institutions, by Ana Molnar, Advisor at the HELP organization, Mr. Sekule Raičević, Secretary of the Faculty of Political Science, and Mr. Todor Lakić, Teaching Assistant at the Faculty.
This Memorandum lays the foundations for cooperation within the project “Increasing Access to and Participation of Roma Students in Higher Education”, which includes a range of activities aimed at supporting Roma and Egyptian students through mentoring, tutoring, language and IT classes, as well as the development of soft skills. The cooperation will also include the exchange of best practices, support for university mentors, and the development of new training modules focused on improving learning methods.
The Faculty of Political Science and the HELP organization expressed their readiness to jointly contribute, in the spirit of partnership, equality, and mutual respect, to the creation of a more inclusive academic environment and to enhancing opportunities for Roma and Egyptian students in Montenegro.
